The idea by the look of it is to mirror is some way the Audio Note look of the Ongaku
I have only auditioned it with the new Rogers LS-3/5a and it was a very nice pairing. The Cobra won amplifier of the year in Hi-Fi Review (I know take that with a grain of salt but still it's better than not winning I suppose).
It's a bit of a departure - it is 28 watts per channel Class A Push Pull and includes a remote control and has their NOS TDA 1543 DAC on board for and affordable for Audio Note price. I usually find El34s to sound a little too fat and bloaty - this sounds more like a SET so whatever they did they did it well. It only comes in black. £3400
It's autobias and has Double C-Core transformers they make in house so it's not as entry level as it first appears. I'll try and get more listening time on it down the line.
