Very possible as there was a transition in design. His has both the old and the new design implemented.
Appears to be TOooo much work done for it to be a DIY/hack job...IMHO of course.
No solder terminal lugs. Wiring is as bad as shown in the Stereophile pic.
FWBR mounted to the filament pins of the 300B AND a hum pot.
Another hum pot for the 6SN7(1/2 used) as well....and on and on.
