Since the Total Victory loudspeakers are usually sold in a package with the Frankenstein 300B, 8 watt SETs should be sufficient for a normal size room. (150-250 sq. feet) There are dozens to chose from and many, many DIYs.
If you do the math; you should achieve a listening level in the 90-95 db range with ease.
This should be enough for all but the most devoted rock and rollers.
