Since these speakers are rated at -3 db@ 28 hz. you shouldn't need subwoofers. If the very bottom octaves are baggy, muddy or wooly it could be the SETs but based on personal experience,
speaker placement is most likely the culprit. This is of course assuming you are using good high-end interconnects and loudspeaker cabling.
It is a common fallacy in the industry that SETs don't deliver robust and tight bass. My SETs go deeper with better resolution than my Bryston 400B. I have never heard your amp in my system so I can't comment on it's bass performance. I can tell you that multiple amplifiers and speaker systems are extremely difficult to integrate properly and usually a needless expense.
May I suggest experimenting with speaker placement, followed by loudspeaker cable/interconnect substitution and then amplifier/sub-woofer trials.
Just from the description and photo of the Boleros they probably need to be at least 3-4 feet from the back wall and 3 feet from the side walls.
