I've got iron from an old Eico EL-84 PP amp with multiple taps on the secondary of the output transformers going up to 32 Ohms.
Might that make a great Single Ended Headphone amp with the right output tube? If it's primary is 8K-0-8K that would seem to make a 4K output transformer with your schematic.
Grid chokes might have to be optional.
