Maybe a bit off subject for this forum, but to make a big improvement on the Heresy's (at least to my ears) apply rope caulk or plumber's putty to the backside of the two horns. Damping the horns improved the clarity and detail of mids and highs.
I have no definitive engineering proof, but I liked it.
