I appreciate your feedback Frihed89. However, when I hook up the 100 wpc SS B&K receiver they image better. The sound though is not as refined as the 45s. Prior to the Korneff I had a Dared VP-845 SET using the Shuguang 845-M tubes and image wasn't a problem either. The musicality was not quite as refined as the Korneff either. Ahhh these 45s...

That leads me to believe that perhaps some tube rolling may bring about the solution. The Korneff is a true and tried amp that is beyond reproach. Its sound is very organic and very rich in tonality. I just got to get my set up right.

Also, my speakers are about 10 feet apart. To bring them closer I would have to place them in front of the wall unit. You can pretty much figure out what my spousal unit will say about that... ;)
