Korneff 45 & Kalinowski 206-ESR Imaging issue - HELP!

Folks, please help me with suggestions.
In my setup I have a Jeff Korneff 45-SEI integrated and a pair of John Kalinowski's BLHs using the Fostex 206-ESR driver, plus I added a pair of Realistic super-tweeters (Fostex made) moded w/Obligatto 2.2uf caps.
The tubes are National Union for the 45s, Tung-Sol for the rectifier, and Sylvania for the 6SN7s. Dr. Phil in the pic is an intended pun, after all this is an asylum, right?

In theory this system should image like crazy, but that is not so. Most of the instruments can be heard coming from either of the speakers, and some centered, as opposed to the speakers dissapearing and the instruments precisely distributed throughout the sound stage.

If you have suggestions of particular combinations of tubes that would image best on a Korneff amp, I'd like to have them. Also if speaker cables may be a factor I'd like to know that too. Maybe the speakers are too far apart, not toed in enough or too much, placement, etc. could be factors. Anything you can think of would be helpful.

By the way, using the same cables and speakers w/a 100 wpc SS B&K receiver imaging is fine. The Kalinowskis are 98db efficient, which is fine for the 2wpc of the Korneff.

I know that there are other audiophiles out there that have the same Korneff/Kalinowski setup as I do. I'd love to hear what tube compliment they are using as well.
