I had assumed SE, but just wanted to make sure.

As for 46 brand preference, let's limit this to ST-shape because I think they sound a bit better than globes. I use Tung-Sol 5687s and a Tung-Sol 83 in my amp. I thought it would be cool to use an ALL Tung-Sol tube compliment, so I switched my RCA 46s to Tung-Sols.

I didn't like the change, so I put the RCAs back in and everything was good again. I'm sure there are different versions of the Tung-Sol ST 46. The one I didn't like is shown in the photo above (it has that funky top spacer).

I have some singles here of other brands I would like to try (ex. Raytheon). As soon as I can put some pairs together I will do that and report back.
