Hey Michael:
I don't know the B+ voltages, so that's entirely possible. Here are the "before" and "after" measurments of my RCA ST-shape 46s that I have been using for about two months now (where 50 is the minimum good level on my TV7 tester): Tube 1 99/92, Tube 2 90/88.
At first I was a little bit alarmed that Tube 1 had dropped from 99 to 92, but after thinking about it, it's probably no big deal. Not that you want to run a tube harder than neccessary, but at least they are inexpensive!
I think you will be very happy with your 46 optimized amp. Of course that assumes you have the proper high sensitivity speakers! Is this amp going to be SE?
