your amps.

Hi Randy,

If you have a fi primer 6sn7/26/300b, that is the only one of its kind. All the other 6sn7/26/300b's that I know of have the 6sn7 on seperate chasses and they are either a srpp circuit or a vtv one.

Plus if you have 6sn7/26/px-25 that is also a one of a kind. But I believe you can pretty much plop a px-25 into any of John's 300b amps.

I did not get to hear the 6sn7/26/45 with the Fisher opts, although maybe I did briefly.

And the 6sn7/76/2a3 is the only 2a3 amp but John did write 45/2a3 on a few of his 45 amps.

I thought he also built a fi primer 6sn7/300b for you or perhaps it was for a friend of yours. That was the only 6sn7/300b that he built in the latter stages of his building, although I have quite a few from the early building.

There's alot to learn about sound in all these amps especially with comparison among them and in comparison to other stuff out there.
