Hi,Set C4S to 1mA. Give a single section of the 6SL7 a 2K Cathode Resistor, bypass with at least 22uF.
For both sections in parallel keep 2K & > = 22uF per cathode and up the current to 2mA.
With a single 6SL7 you get an anode impedance of around 60K, which becomes the drive impedance to the 45, which is sufficient, two valves in parallel halve the source impedance (2 Anodes in parallel).
A really neat valve to drive the 45 is the German C3g BTW, you need to change the socket to Loctal of course or make a Loctal to Octal adapter. Run that one at 10mA from the C4s and with 250...330R cathode resistor.
Another hint.
Connect a Capacitor of approximatly 1/3rd of the value of the cathode bypass capacitor for the 45(s) between Cathode and +B....
