Konnichiwa,Most 2A3 Amplifiers can be misappropriated for use with 45's though.
You need to adjust the Circuit to run around halve the current through the output Valve, with most other values similar. How this is done depends upon the amplifier (If you can be more specific so can I).
In addition you want to reflect twice the Anode load for the 2A3, so you require an Amp with an Output transformer offering 4 Ohm and 8 Ohm output taps and you need to connect the 8 Ohm Speaker to the 4 Ohm Tap.
That should give a workable 45 Amp, if one where the output transformers primary inductance is a little on the low side.
