Not really.

You could have the DIYHFS Juoplin assembled and set up for 45's (it can be set up for 45, 2A3 or 300B). My own Amp is based on that chassis. Or you could modify/have modified the Sun Audio 2A3 PP Amplifier (this again is modifiable for 45/2A3 & 300B Output Valves with minimal changes).

I found a 45 SET borderline on speakers in the 100db/2.83V/m region with around 6-8 Ohm impedance. The Push-Pull 45 manages around 4.5 - 6 Watt (depends how much I squint on the scope and how well the 45's match etc) and has enough power with my 95db/2.83V/1m 8 Ohm speakers.

Mine uses a variation on the "Amity" by Lynn Olson using custom Input (10k:10k+10k) and Interstage (10k+10k:40k+40k) transformers plua a single E182CC per channel and is switchable between 45, 2A3 & 300B at low power (similar Op-Point to the Sun Audio 300B PP Amp that some here hype mercilessly). PSU is all Film Cap's and Iuse some "trick" self biasing circuit that gets rid of the cathode bypass capaictors, AC on heaters works fine.

The result sounds very fine. A 45 SE is better in some areas but not MUCH better and it lacks power a lot. Maybe even better would be a 10/10Y/VT-25 PP Amp....
