A bit dramatic. While I reconize the "charms" of the Sovtek 2a3 I never could live with it for any lenght. I prefered the RCA's, but MUCH prefered any 45 to either. The Sovteks are more neutral and but I would say the same for the 45. Yet they breath, and the Sovteks [IMS] stiffle, life into the music. YMMV.MikE
