I'm in agreement with Quest's thoughts; but wanted to mention that it's a bit easier to get a good 45 OPT compared to the 10's much higher primary impedance requirement.
For what it's worth, I've used both 10s and 45s as drivers for the VV52, and ended up settling with the 10.
