Dynamics means one minute you are listening to a quiet section then you are startled by the force with which the crescendo hits you. I never knew how dynamic this change in amplitude could be before I used low power dht's, choke input power supplies and direct coupled minimal stages.300b is known to be less dynamic than lower powered dht's additionally it is known to be harder to drive.
