In 2006, I brought in the Totem Mani-2 Signature, a heavy monitor, which went deep, into the 20s. A guy also knew that I was into rock music, so he passed along Survivor's new album, Reach . The first three songs, "Reach," "Fire Makes Steel," and "Nevertheless," were very good anthems/rockers.

But the guy's favorite was "Talkin' 'Bout Love," which, he adamantly argues, should have been a hit, or at least a fan favorite. You might like it, too. And it sounds quite good, on CD, where you might follow along with Frankie Sullivan's lead guitar. Yeah, "Talkin' 'Bout Love" kicked ass on the Totem M2S, but that can be said about playing it on a boombox or car stereo, too. Nobody seems to know about "Talkin' 'Bout Love," so the guy wants me to "put it out there." Who knows? Maybe it'll bring out your inner Karate Kid!
