40 years ago, The Police's Zenyatta Mondatta had enough hits, that "Canary In A Coalmine" was rarely aired. Despite COVID, we hear it more often now, versus 1981. It's not just on the radio; "Canary In A Coalmine" is heard at restaurants, retail and grocery stores, and auto repair shops. Heck, when my wife went for an eye appointment, "Canary In A Coalmine" was overheard at the optometrist. Although, when your eyes are dilated, this song might not make you feel any better about being blind and light-sensitive!
