I've been fielding emails about the Totem Sky minimonitor, and after some much-needed rain, I stepped outside, and appreciated the clean air/skies. We read about a section of Highway 1, near Big Sur, falling down the cliff. So for the time being, you will not able to drive along the coast between Monterey and San Simeon. You will have to bypass the closure, by going inland to 101.
Anyway, subjects about music arose. With one guy, Kraftwerk came up. In 1975, their "Autobahn" was relatively well-known. Their 1976 follow-up, "Radioactivity," was not. Nevertheless, "Radioactivity" has always been a regular part of their live sets. In modern times (hah!), Kraftwerk have updated the lyrics, to include "Chernobyl, Harrisburg, Sellafield, Fukushima."
But anyway, the original "Radioactivity" is now 45 years-old.
