25 years ago, we had our December 1995 Stereophile. Man, this was when it and high-end audio were cooking! This 340-page (including the covers) issue was chock full of articles and reviews. And the latter covered a wide range of products types and price ranges.

My girlfriend ACS still worked a few hours a week at Victoria's Secret. Forget the VS catalog; the products in Stereophile were what we wanted for the holidays! And that's when Savatage's "Christmas Eve (Sarajevo 12/24)" played. This really would be the final push, for Savatage to morph into the Trans-Siberian Orchestra. TSO would modify "Christmas Eve (Sarajevo 12/24)," which would become a holiday staple.
