I think the photo from the last post was when the wives went to Mexico. They also went to, among other places, the Caribbean. My wife doesn't like to travel, so she didn't go with the rest of the moms. In fact, for work, my wife lets all her coworkers do the traveling. By mid-year, they exhaust the travel budget, so my wife blissfully doesn't have to travel.
"Goddamnit John," my audiophile friend just emailed, "I'd hang out with girls and listen to all this music, too, if I could!"
When our firstborn was 2-months old, we made a last-minute decision, to fly to Honolulu for my cousin's wedding. So my wife and I went there, instead of Mexico and the Caribbean.
Many of my friends' kids are now in high school and college, so the cycle repeats itself. The kids now listen to some of the music we listened to, when we were in college.
