My son who is a musician, turned me on to this guy and his YouTube channel... Leland Sklar is a legendary session bass player and has played on MANY a historical album but probably most famously with James Taylor for most of his career. During the pandemic he decided to catalog his musical memories via YouTube and it's a fabulous account of a career that has spanned many a decade and his relationships with various artists along the way....The video here talks about the first time he met JT and his subsequent booked "gig" with Taylor. In some of the videos he accompanies the selection that he plays. The sound and sync is not the greatest but you will find that you will return again and again not so much for the music but for the stories that accompany them... Enjoy.....
