about their morals, or lack of them. Many famous artists do not conform to social norms because they're eccentric, and that's one reason why they are memorable.
Some of their music was silly and pretentious, even bombastic, but some of it struck the essential core of what it means to be a young man or any human. "When the Levee Breaks" is one of those stolen old songs, but no one had ever imagined it could be what Zep turned it into: most likely the heaviest rock song ever recorded. I am still astounded by its artistry and sheer power, even after hearing it hundreds of times.
When I was a young man I had carnal knowledge of an underage girl. She seemed to enjoy it as much as I did. I am not advocating pedophilia, but if some salacious 16-year-old lays it all out for you, age becomes just a number.
