I watched a little last night to see Alison, Vince Gill and others guest with Taylor Swift on Red. Was very surprised how many of the live acts had a rock orientation. I guess country has gone pop/rock.
BTW - did the guests with Taylor Swift legitimize her music or were the guests attempting to ride on her coat tales? Given her success and the whole back story of her career management I would go with the former. She will be around a long time and needs to broaden her music a little ala Norah Jones.
