Finally got around to watching my DVR of the PPV concert last night. Enjoyed the first half, but something was missing - then they began Midnight Rambler, Mick Taylor came on and all the magic was back. For all their warts and detractors, these 69 (?) year old guys can still perform. Jagger has lost nothing in terms of stage presence.
Gaga was ok but no Lisa Fisher(or even Florence Welch), Bruce looked like he was having a lot of fun on Tumbling Dice. Video production was top notch, audio thru my upstairs makeshift system was pretty good but I could not get a sense of the bass with less than adequate small speakers. Will wait for the Blu Ray - worth waiting for imho.
