That's a strawman in my book, I am not hung up on my understanding of the phrase. Thanks for providing a superior definition.

It still does not take away from the core point though, it's an advertising slogan not a precise scientific definition. Agonising over it falling short of the stricter understanding of the phrase is pointless, in otherwords its a storm in a teacup.
