RE: So who says

"Are you kidding? Again, provide evidence. Cite the words I said that led you to that conclusion."

You said -

"Crappy speakers and crappy electronics always sound crappy, regardless of source. Live, unamplified music eliminates this variable entirely."

When I asked you to clarify this, ie. that live music somehow eliminates the sound of crappy gear, you went off the deep end in your response, you partially quoted one of my comments as to take it out of context.

"We're still waiting for any semblance of substantiation. Cite the posts that support your assertion."

Again = I'm still not sure what you are expecting me to substantiate. Surely the way you've misquoted my comments and completely refused to accept my responses only to continue insisting I substantiate something substantiates my point that I've touched a nerve.

No I've provided evidence above and your display of disingenuousness clearly subtantiates that I've touch a nerve.

Again my point here is that good recording quality does not imply good sound and that bad recording quality does not imply bad sound. Period.

If you are asking my to prove that it's a firmly held audiophile belief that good recording quality = good sound and bad recording quality = bad sound I'm laughing my ass as surely this is a firmly held and widely accepted audiophile concept. It's kind of like me saying the sky is blue and you screaming at me to prove it. What a freeking joke!
