The article you linked is a classical example of propaganda. The logical fallacy is right up front: the author compares estimates of human-generated greenhouse gas effects with total greenhouse effects, which have existed for as long as the planet has had an atmosphere.

The issue in the "debate" over global warming is whether or not the effects of human-generated greenhouse gases can cause the observations of warming. By swallowing the article's conclusions, you are accepting a naive model that counts all gas contributions independently and linearly. In other words, you are supporting a forecast, even though you claim to not believe forecasts.
