I didn't realize this was a sporting event.

The expression, "Game over" is a colloquialism meaning "There's no point in continuing."

Rather than a declaration of victory, it was a statement declaring that your contributions had ceased to be relevant to me.


"jj, a world class expert on audio DBTs..." I just can't stop grinning over that one, and not just because of the embedded claim. He might as well be a "world class expert" on crop circles, for what your phrase is worth.
