Atkinson seems to regard it much more highly than you. See my reply to bjh below.

If you read this kind of stuff a bit more frequently than just once, you will quickly realize these (the scores listed on the ABX comparator site) are simply the collected quantitative results related to research discussed and reported elsewhere. The actual articles reporting on and discussing the experiments in which they were obtained is published in what are typically called academic or trade periodicals (such as the JAES and BASS mentioned earlier).

So the information in the cited source is but a shorthand, given that the results themselves have already been widely discussed in the articles already multiply cited.
