One of the Sheffield discs has a track recorded first w/.01, then .1 then 1 and finally 10 percent THD. I used to play it for people (usually over CJ tubes> Quad ESL setup) and almost no one heard anything negative until 10%. If you haven't heard the disc try it. I think it's the drum disc.
