Why no false positives on wires?

You said: "I've been seeking the name of any audiophile who has proven his "wire differentiation" skills to witnesses for over a decade. I would expect someone to "qualify", even if it was only a false positive that could never be repeated! (typically a 3% to 4% probability of a false positive result with typical blind test statistics)"

I too would expect some false positives on wires. At a 5% confidence interval 1 of 20 subjects should score a false positive in controlled testing. But I am not aware of any controlled wire test ever reporting a false positive. Does this suggest there has never been a wire test with 20 subjects, or there have never been 20 wire tests each having one subject or more?
