Greetings- I'm trying to help a friend of mine protect his drivers. I'm not at home right now, so I don't have the specifics, but generally speaking: when triamping with tube amps using a three way electronic crossover, is it necessary to have a blocking cap in series with the woofer, as you would with the mid and the tweeter? If a protective (DC blocking) cap is necessary, what value would be needed if you are crossing over to the mid at 800-1K hz? Components are JBL and I beleive the crossover is a Rane? Thanks for your help. Regards, wpod
