Well, I understand the tests must be performed in a properly scientific way. I just do not understand why a non-blind test when the tester knows what is being played should be more credible than a simple ABX test anyone can perform at home. I commonly meet this argumentation:
* I hear something
* I did ABX which confirmed I hear something, great.
OR
* I did ABX. Well, I could not tell the difference, but there are other aspects of ABX at play, ABX is not relevant, I hear something.
