I always thought the battery would sound better on my 2010 MPB with SSD DRIVE & 8 GBS ram, using PM.
About six months ago, I accidentally left the power supply connected and powered up. I was shocked to hear it sound better with the Apple power supply. I know that goes against 'common knowledge' but it wasn't slight. I was as surprised as could be.
Maybe it was the 2010, I don't know.
