Correct.

Yes, but it doesn't integrate with iTunes, nor use an iTunes library. Only Squeezebox Server running on a computer can import from an iTunes database.

For setup, reputedly Sonos, particularly for multi-zone sync'd playback. Touch setup is pretty easy, though.

Running Squeezebox Server (on a computer on your network, not on the Touch itself) and Squeezeboxes is definitely a bit more geek-centric. It's where a lot of its power lies, but also what trips up a lot of new users.

It's tough to beat the community support in the Slim Devices forums. There are probably 50x as many posts on a daily basis to the SD forums as there are to the Sonos forums. It's a very large community. I don't think you'll see too many questions go unanswered there, plus you have some participation from the software developers themselves.

Official support from Logitech often stinks, from some of the reports that I've read. It's typical consumer 800-line help that you might expect from a billion dollar company. Use the forums and you'll be happy.

The Touch plays and passes 24/96. I don't think Sonos handles 96 kHz at all, does it?
