RE: I'm really disappointed in Apple TV

Oh yeah, I was contemplating buying EyeTV once.

But in the end, I built a custom MythTV box with twin tuners and used it for several years to record TV.

I have only just recently decommissioned it (it was costing me $$$ in electricity bills) and replaced it with a Noontec V-9T media player with twin TV tuners and internal hard disk.

So far the Noontec has performed reasonably well, but I was hoping to eventually replace it with either Apple TV or Google TV.

Now I will just have to scratch Apple TV out as a replacement candidate.
