What I like about it is that you can go through your playlist and enter "invertpolarity" in the iTunes comment column, and it'll automatically invert that cut for you in the future.
I was just voicing a system for a reader in Spokane whose system inverts polarity, when compared to mine. All I had to do was press the PM Invert Polarity button (on the left side with the other controls), and then PM automatically inverted those cuts in my voicing play list that needed it, even though the system was inverted to mine.
The other thing I like about it is since it's automatic, once you tag the cuts, it's easier to forget about the polarity aspect and simply enjoy the music.
