Hi,
You would need a soundcard with a coax digital output, like the ESI Juli@, to feed your DAC. Its possible that your computer's motherboard already has an optical toslink or coax digital output that can feed your DAC, but you would have to give us the model number to check.
You would also need a media player like Foobar 2000 or J-River Media Center.
Do you want to keep your PC by the stereo? Is it quiet enough? The digital connection between PC and DAC can't be too long and retain good performance.
