Please check channel mapping. Have had same problem.
As I did not know how to change channel mapping in J.River MP or M-Audio ASIO driver I have changed asio channel mapping with foobar.

File/Preferences
--> PlayBack/Output/Asio Virtual Devices
Select the Juli Asio Device and click "Edit" to change channel mapping
