Have you put the ASIO and KS plugins (downlodable) into the Foobar Components folder under Programs? You then neeed to register ASIO under Virtual Devices in the Output Tag. This operation is a bit weird in that ASIO spdif R and L then appear and you ned to say OK to both to get ASIO registered singly.
