I'll try and find the 8035 device you mention. I have a few oscon 33uF to use. I should be able to replicate your supply fairly easily.

Any old 1mH RF choke is ok?.. are you using this for the choke input also?.

The ferrite bead, these are new to me.. anything to look for in particular?..
