The Juli@ card comes with a very solid ASIO driver for XP. I have used it for several years without ANY problems. I think that the E-MU 0404 PCI card comes with an ASIO driver too. I don't know about the M-Audio card.

I'd go with the ASIO driver written for the soundcard rather than ASIO4All. If you find that the card's ASIO driver doesn't work properly, then try ASIO4All.
