You seem to be expending great energy in trying to prove that there must be something wrong with my measurements.
Consider this, the results I am getting are in fact very close to the results published in the data sheet.
Sure, the quality of the ADC matters, and one can speculate on whether Audio Rightmark does the right thing (by the way, it gives comparable results to professional equipment such as Audio Precision).
But the fact that I am replicating exactly what the data sheet says I should be getting means the ADC is "good enough" for the purpose.
The reason I provided the measurements was not to suggest that they are better than yours, but to show that the figures provided in the data sheet are correct and can be easily replicated. If you cannot replicate them, it means either you are doing something wrong, or there is something wrong with your unit.
I was going to comment on the technical (in)accuracies in your post, as well as at least one flaw in your measurement methodology, but I won't. Let's just say I disagree with what you are saying, and it's not based on something I learnt when I was 13.
