You can set the Qobuz player to send different maximum rates. You find this option in your account settings. So it can send <24/192 or <26/96 or <16/44.1 or MP3 320kbs.
So you appear to have the Qobuz player maximum output set to <16.44.1. Your Mac is then upsampling that to 32/384. In any case upsampling does not create any new information either in regard to bit depth or sample rate.
Frankly it is all a bit of a mess if you are trying an honest comparison of Amazon v. Qobuz.
