This is also the case for users of other DACs. However the option is not available via the web browser or portable versions of the Qobuz app, only the Windows desktop version. The options offered may also vary according to the audio device selected.
Note With some DACs WASAPI Exclusive can cause problems and in such cases it may be preferable to choose the ASIO option instead. This does pretty much the same thing as WASAPI by allowing a bitperfect stream to be sent to the DAC bypassing the Win 10 sound mixer which otherwise will up or downsample the stream to the resolution that has been selected in it.
The option is to be found in Audio Output in the play bar.
