yes ... instruct it to create a playlist and just name them 'summertime jam', 'Christmas Classics', etc., you can then select the music in real time while listening, then tell it to add to a playlist, save when your done etc. but you'll get prompts for the options. then the next time you call for a title to play you'll get a prompt to add it to one of the playlists etc. or instruct it to ... of course you can edit playlists by voice command as well

if you have Amazon Prime you can get access, but if not, for $4.21 / month I found it to be cheap & cheerful with SQ that's more than acceptable

Prime is great if you watch their content or delve into the movie archives
but we don't use it enough to pop for it, and as far as free shipping, meh

as long as your orders are over $25.00 that's usually free anyway

this approach should meet Jim D's needs and requirements quite nicely
