I've been on their free trial, since cancelled, and like you I had many more "bugs" that I ever encountered with Spotify. Drops, failure to play a track, garbled tracks, and I was using a streamer (SB Touch with LMS). Had problems at home, in the car and on my iPad and iPhone with various wifi (car, home, public) systems, as well as with cell data service. All could be due to the Hi Rez nature, but on my mobile devices it only streamed CD quality.

I'll probably give them another try when I get my new system set up so that the sound quality difference would be noticeable. The way it is now, Spotify works flawlessly, and the interface, even through LMS is MUCH better.
