So the problem has nothing to do with Qobuz. It is with DTS. Presumably therefore you are referring to a DTS app that enables what they call Critical Listening mode and not to a Qobuz app?
Incidentally I checked the availability of the DTS Play-Fi app for Android and iOS in the UK and it is free but has some of the worst user reviews I have ever seen.
